Discovery Church of Ridge Meadows

I was born in a small fishing Village in Holland...Came to Canada on a boat when I was 1 and 1/2 years old (Yes, I am one of those 'boat people' immigrants). My mother and I learned to speak English together off the show 'Sesame Street'. I loved Bert and Ernie.

Grew up in Ontario. Moved to BC 19 years ago. "LOVE IT!"

Gave my life to Christ as a teenager back in Ontario....I then got sidetracked after moving to BC. 5 years ago He reclaimed me.

I worked with Transat Holidays for 13 years...a few weeks ago my department got it's walking papers and I will be officially laid off 12th of June... It's okay though... For 10 years now God has been telling me to write. (I guess, He was tired of waiting for me to obey - I just didn't expect it to effect 84 other people - Perhaps, I'm not the only one giving him grief). 

I'm looking forward to spending this summer off with my girls, and maybe school for me in the Fall? I'll try to Him listen this time.:)
